SPR# DPOL8PAJAT - Fix to DXL problem caused by a corruption in the document making DXL export a par within a par, which is invalid. Import would refuse to import back. Fix is to catch the anomaly, and fail with an exception which will export the document raw, in so securing that the doc with round trip and import properly.
